For this design-build development Optum Construction worked closely with the owners to secure annexation and rezoning of the property as well as assisting in the negotiation and purchase of the adjacent land for Phase II of the project. Optum provided turnkey construction for this retail center complete with tenant build-out for four suites. The diverse scope includes banking drive-thru’s for a local credit union as well as an indoor pool for a dive shop. This pre-engineered metal building has a complex façade with intermingled rooflines, distinguished columns and a bell tower that masks the economical design and gives the building integrity and style.
